Happy New Years!! Many people in the United States make New Year’s resolutions only to drop them by February. Part of this is because our hearts aren’t into them, they are what we think we "should" want, or because our resolutions are vague or unrealistic, like: losing weight, exercising more, finding a partner, getting healthy, stopping drinking, eating sweets, or spending money paying down credit card bills. When you set goals or resolutions, they should be: measurab
